The ideal candidate for that would be the robed fellow who appears to be playing super high bouncy-ball with Tyler. Once you get hold of a nice chunk of PKE that has to be channeled right now, it's actually kind of fun to sling around- and hey, the kid goes boing real good! Nobody ever said that somebody from the Illinois Nazi Party was going to be particularly wise in his choice of entertainments.
