possible new research project: mechanical PKE dampener/interference generator. not like we don't already have some leads along these lines- containment field f'rex, confinement streams, etc- but that's a hard barrier w/no transit at all. stealth field for psyche instead of a hard shield maybe. deflection/bouncing? maybe. most important point: supplement natural mental defense until strong enough to keep invaders out on my own.

Ixian no-room tech not half bad idea- Holtzmann field based? – could make quite a bit of $ on Holtzmanns if the lasgun kaboom problem could be solved. Suspensors!

psychic white noise outside my head. don't stand out enough to let Vigo-types get a fix. too many varieties of attack to do individual blocking. Just create interference.

not sure how to do this w/o full size generator, this has to be man-portable, not that I have problem with no-room.

hm. no-room could be REALLY useful.

wonder if Jedi have specific mental barrier exercises. might be more useful than other stuff I've tried so far. assuming it's not pure Force at least.
